An established and growing communications business, our client is looking for an Account Director to be the important link between the business and its customers in both the enterprise and public sectors, using your initiative to grow and develop accounts.
You will own the overall account strategy and account tactics for key channel partners, working closely with the New Business Director, Account Manager, Account Executives and Solution Architects.
With a successful career in Telecoms, you’ve worked with networking products and services, so will be familiar with WAN/LAN, Voip and know how the providers work. It’s also as important that you’ve got the people skills to influence decision makers and build those all-important rapports. Of course, you’ll also have a degree (or equivalent) and strategic sales training under your belt. And by this point, you’ll have a great network of industry contacts too. With all this plus enthusiasm, honesty and an unswerving focus on results, you’ll be equipped to manage multiple accounts and make your impact in the business.
Location: Head office in the West Midlands and the role is field based
