Account Manager

£40 - £50K - Sales

Our client, a growing professional services consultancy is on the look out for a client Account Manager to join their small but expanding team and contribute to the ongoing growth of the company by managing their portfolio of both existing and new clients.

The role:

  • Responsible for looking after current clients and developing new business relationships
  • Ensure key information is delivered accurately and promptly
  • Prepare reports and sales proposals for existing and new services
  • Be the main liaison between the client and the company
  • Proactively ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent the company at events ensuring awareness and generate new business leads

Candidate Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B account management experience in a service related industry
  • Good understanding of employee relations work, workplace conflict resolution, mediation services
  • Great soft skills – leadership, problem solving, flexibility
  • Knowledge of HR, ER, L&D and E&D functions
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Be self-motivated without the need for close supervision
  • Good negotiation skills and experience of writing proposals and delivering presentations
  • A passion for the importance of dispute resolution and the quality of service the company is able to provide

Salary:   £ 40 - £ 50K dependant on experience
