A very autonomous sales role with a fast growth spirits business.  They need someone well networked within the on trade - route to market and multiple on trade accounts.  Hands on with remit to drive the visibility of the brands.

Candidate criteria:

  • Experience of building brands through securing listings via personal connections and tailoring activity
  • On trade drinks background is essential
  • Running and managing account plans
  • Negotiation of profitable long term deals
  • Promotional activation of new product launches
  • National remit to present and agree priorities based on developing current business base
  • Opportunity aware - to be plugged into the fast moving industry networks to ensure they are on top of new openings etc
