Customer Success Manager - London - Greater London

£30 - £40 K dependent on experience - IT

Our client who provides an innovative software platform for the hospitality sector, geared to building and managing teams is now  looking for a Customer Success Manager.  You will be responsible for overseeing complete customer programme implementations, along with project management and customer liaison.

General Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers
  • Control customer product implementations
  • Supervise product usage – implementing training for clients where required
  • Log customer requirements with your product team ensuring functionality of the programme for the customer
  • Manage and execute project plans for several simultaneous implementations

Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a SaaS software space working directly with customers
  • Experience of hiring, scheduling, time & attendance and other workforce software as a manager of teams in the hospitality, hotel or retail space
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels
  • Minimum 1 year of operational hospitality experience


       Location:  London

       Salary:      £30-40K
