Are you a problem solver – a team builder and results orientated? This competitive and growing telecoms business based in the Midlands is looking for an individual to manage and execute strategies to deliver products and services.

 

The role will be responsible to the Head of Customer Experience and be responsible for the provisioning and delivery of all products and service across the UK and their transition into service, through a dedicated team. This includes WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and Voice Services.

 

You will be:

 

  • Accountable and responsible for effective and efficient management of high volume of product orders
  • Orchestrate continual improvement for processes and tools used in effective delivery of products
  • Responsible for production, communication and planning of forecasts and budgets
  • Manage and motivate your team ensuring they are skilled and trained to complete and deliver the work targets

 

Candidate criteria:

 

  • Graduate
  • 10 years networking or telecoms experience
  • At least 2 years at management level
  • Confident in a fast paced and high-pressured environment
  • Good communicator with strong organisational abilities
  • Passion for procedural improvement
  • Highly self-motivated for both self and your team – an influencer
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

 

Salary:  negotiable

 

Location:  Midlands based
