Digital Specialist Project Manager

This is a  fantastic opportunity to grow with an expanding European business which has an established presence supplying to the UK retail sector including household high street and online brands.  As the Digital Specialist Project Manager you will support development of existing customer relationships to create new digital opportunities within both current and new product areas.

The Role:

• Manage all digital projects and the delivery of profitable goods and services in collaboration with Group and Business Partners.
• Work closely with customers to ensure our solutions either improve efficiencies or enhances their customer offer
• Drive successful project execution
• Work closely with management team
• Take responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of programmes
• Be the technical point of contact
• Manage omni-channel activity
• Maintain strong links between internal and external teams and marketing

Experience:

• Strong stakeholder management / engagement
• Strong information security and technology background
• Proven Programme / project management experience
• Excellent understanding of Software / electronics / API Interfacing and customer projects
• Experience with a variety of eCommerce Platform and Portals
• Experience with products such Asset tracking, RFID, Loss Prevention, Gates / Customer Guidance, Self-Checkouts
• Working with Retailers on implementation and roll out of digital projects
• Working Across the UK
• Must be able to work with product development / technical team
• Proven background in working with Developers, Programmers and Engineers both internally and externally through product development

Salary:       £40-50K plus car allowance

Location:  Midlands based but will require nationwide travel
