Serving from breakfast through to dinner this property offers all day casual as well as fine dining utilising the best of local and International flavours and styles.
As Executive Chef you will be responsible for the whole of the back of house operation from menu development to recruitment and kitchen management. This is a high-volume business so your organisational skills must be paramount, and an ability to delegate effectively.
For this Executive Chef role you must have had experience of running quality focused high volume independent restaurant kitchen operations. You must have extensive knowledge of International cuisine with some knowledge of Asian cuisine, and have worked in Asia Pacific before.
