An ambitious and fast growing hospitality company is looking for a dynamic Head of HR. Do you want to come on this exciting journey and lead the HR strategy? If so, this is a great opportunity.

The role: 

  • Work with the Board and wider team to develop the people strategy across the company
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance on all people matters
  • Experience in TUPE transfers and onboarding of new sites and team members
  • Develop and deliver the learning and development strategies
  • Coach, lead and develop your teams
  • Implement people policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the group
  • Help develop the company’s culture strategy to drive engagement and retention
  • Develop effective succession planning
  • Experience of Fourth hospitality, Flow and Harri would be useful

The Person:

  • Experienced generalist HRM, Head of HR or HR Business Partner with a background in leisure, hospitality or retail
  • Degree educated and CIPD qualified to level 7
  • Employee engagement, L&D and performance management experience
  • Experience working across multiple sites
  • Comfortable working with and influencing large teams
  • A change agent with a can-do attitude
  • Great communication skills and a proven track record in delivery


Salary:  c£80K with great company benefits

 Location: Home based with frequent travel around the UK
