Our client is an effective global conflict management company and they are looking to recruit a Head of Investigation & Audit Services to head up and mentor a team to ensure top class customer care and top class delivery of investigations, audits, products and courses. This will be a pivotal role in growing this side of the overall business.

The role:

  • Head up the investigation and audits sector of the business
  • Manage customer investigations from beginning to end
  • Train, motivate and mentor your team ensuring top class delivery of services
  • Grow this sector of the overall business and develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage projects and prepare reports and proposals
  • Ensure systems and processes are in place – including IT

Candidate criteria:

  • Of graduate calibre or with relevant qualification
  • Experience of conducting workplace enquiries
  • Superb written communication skills with evidence of writing a range of business documents
  • Experience of building and managing a team
  • Understanding of current legislation and best practice in ER fields
  • Good grasp of office software and social media platforms
  • Possess the ability to build strong commercial relations with external stakeholders and to manage sensitive client accounts

The business is based in London but this is a national role.  

Salary up to £60K plus pension and profit share scheme.
