This competitive and growing communications business is actively on the search for a Head of Service Operations to be part of the operations team responsible for the complete customer journey and to develop their customer focused culture.

The role…

  • Maintain the company’s high performance
  • Evaluate and improve procedures and services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support, manage and motivate your teams
  • Resolve issues and produce results quickly and effectively
  • Overall accountability for producing results, using relevant management information to improve the customer experience

Candidate criteria…

  • Graduate – preferably Engineering
  • Knowledge of disciplines defined by ITIL with a minimum of 5 years management experience in the IT, software or telecoms industry
  • Project Management Accreditation (PMP, Prince)
  • Experience of managing and building teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO27001
  • Passionate about service and standards

 

Location:         West Midlands

Salary:             £80k to £100k
