Head of Talent - WFH and field role

Do you have a background in hospitality recruitment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced recruitment consultant to join an exciting new pub company. With very fast expansion plans, we need someone with a strong network and an excellent knowledge of the industry.

Key criteria:

• A great track record of hospitality recruitment at all levels
• Energy, drive and focus to fill positions quickly
• Ready made network
• Excellent management skills
• Enjoy working on your own initiative

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end
• Manage the advertising
• Grow the candidate database through social platforms and your client networks
• Be an ambassador for attracting talent
• Provide expertise and best practice on the recruitment market for the company
• Keep up to date with Right to Work in the UK legislation
• Have a full UK driving license and be able to travel

      Salary £50K + great benefits
