International Beer Sales Manager - International

c £50K + generous target related bonus - Sales

Our client is a successful and award winning international brand building group with particular focus on premium spirits and premium beer brands.

The role:

You will be responsible for driving sales and developing ongoing sales plans for one of its classic American beer brands and bring two new beers to the market.

In addition you will:

  • Appoint suitable importers and distributors
  • Manage the distribution and KPIs
  • Problem solve and provide value added solutions
  • Manage the brand identity ensuring the right distribution to the right consumers
  • Devise and communicate the brand plan for each market
  • Have total responsibility for profit and volume

Critical Criteria

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the beer industry and have 3 years of international sales experience at managerial level
  • Have an existing contact base in order to hit the ground running
  • Must be able to demonstrate success in your prior roles
  • Possess excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Have superb planning and organisation skills and be able to use initiative
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English
  • You will also be a self-starter and excellent communicator
  • Have a passion for sales and for beer!

Location:    Based in Europe with a significant travel

Salary:        c £50K + generous target related bonus
