Key Account Manager - SE and South Oxfordshire - Ireland

Our client is a major independent drinks manufacturer, with a large and expanding portfolio of branded and own label products.  They are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team to cover a geography extending from South Oxfordshire across the South East.

The role:


•             Develop sales throughout trading channels – independent free trade, wholesale, national accounts and multiple operators

•             Identify and plan sales within new customer accounts and track volumes

•             Manage the sales and marketing budget for specified customers and account for expenditures within authorised plans

•             Work with customers on the development/execution of promotional activity

•             Analyse sales data from customer data bases

•             Submit reports to head office and brand owners as required

Candidate attributes:

•             Proven account management experience in the FMCG, food or drink sectors

•             Self-starter, able to work on own with energy and enthusiasm

•             Confident, good presentational skills, personable

•             Good negotiating skills with senior buyers as well as work on the ground


Salary:  £45- 50K dependent on experience
