Our client is looking for a Retail Account Manager to profitably develop their drinks brands in specific travel retail sales channels. You will also be responsible for driving new business and the management of accounts in EMEA countries.
Role responsibilities:
- Agree strategies for target channels i.e. Airlines, cruise and ferry lines, border stores, independent travel retail distributors, duty free, military and diplomatic
- Identify key outlets and operators across EMEA
- Set and deliver volume and profit targets
- Build strong relationships with travel retail operators
- Identify brand building opportunities and optimise visibility of company brands
- Work with key retailers to identify and deliver growth
- Support the Group Travel Retail Manager as and when required
Candidate criteria
- A strong knowledge of MS Excel and pivot tables
- Minimum of 2 years sales and marketing experience
- Retail travel experience
- Strong customer focus with the ability to embrace change and demonstrate creativity
- Ambitious, resilient and an effective team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Location: London with some travel, predominantly to Europe
Salary: up to £40K dependent on experience
