Are you a sales leader and able to build and nurture a high functioning team to achieve the growth this business is striving for?  This is a competitive and growing business and you will be responsible for all channels sales and will be the point of contact for the customer (direct and third party), the wider market and management.

The role :

  • Challenge team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure through your team building, sales targets are met
  • Provide clear direction to your team
  • Constantly challenge objectives
  • Develop opportunities with existing customers through cross selling and deep account management
  • Pro-actively explore new business opportunities

Experience and criteria:

  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience of managing multiple sales channels is essential
  • Sector is not a concern but our customer environment must be one where delivery to excellent standard is paramount
  • Proven record of building sales teams
  • Graduate or equivalent Confident and down to earth
  • Energetic and self-motivated
