Sales Manager - Export - London

Our client is an innovative craft distiller and creator of artisan spirits, who are now looking for an experienced Export Manager with entrepreneurial flair to join this quality business and build their premium spirit brands internationally. 

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for continuing to build on current export success, identifying priority markets, distributors and developing sales plans
  • Accountable for profit and volume
  • Ensure KPI’s are achieved

Key criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in spirits exports – at least 2 of these must be in international sales management
  • Must have an existing distributor contact base to be  able to plug into and hit the ground running
  • Demonstrate success in relevant prior business roles
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Need to be entrepreneurial and able to work independently, whilst also being a team player
  • A self-starter as a large part of the role requires travel and distributor visits
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to plan and organise effectively

Location:  UK based with extensive travel

Salary:   £40 - £50K plus a generous commission package based on sales
