Training Manager - Oxfordshire

An interesting and demanding training role with a young and expanding hospitality business which concentrates on improving productivity in the sector using innovative software.

The role

  • To run effective training sessions for all clients and continue to introduce new services
  • To ensure the roll out stage to new clients is quick and efficient
  • Oversee multiple projects
  • Be involved in the proposal process
  • Working with sales team to plan new business
  • Be point of contact for existing and potential clients

Candidate criteria

  • Work well under pressure
  • Able to generate own training material
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to multi task across all projects
  • Be organised with good communication skills across your team and clients
  • Working knowledge of hospitality software products
  • Experience of working in fast paced environment
  • Minimum of 2 A levels in relevant subjects

Location:  Head office Oxfordshire with national travel

Salary:      £35K + Bonus
