Direct operational responsibility for 16 Branded Pub Restaurants and 4 Hotels including; three Premier Inn franchises with a total annual net turnover in excess of £25m. Accountable for driving sales and optimising profitability. Delivering and monitoring high levels of standards and guest service. Full responsibility for management succession planning, recruitment, training and ongoing development. Establishing and maintaining premises Health & Safety and Food Safety practices to deliver excellent EHO ratings. Protection of individual Premises Licences.
