The role:
• Create a commercial sales strategy covering major retailers, wholesale & convenience, E- commerce and export markets
• Develop and own the sales forecast across all channels
• Nurture and grow the company’s key commercial relationships
• Produce monthly and quarterly internal reports
• Work closely with other departments and lead collaboration across all teams ensuring consistency with brand delivery
• Achieve ambitious KPIs
Candidate Criteria:
• 4 + years of proven success in sales roles with major brands in the food and beverage industry
• Have a strong understanding of health and wellness trends
• Be able to think creatively and strategically with a growth mindset
• Grow and support a multi channel sales team
• Be a strong negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of commercial and office software
Location:
The main office is in Essex but hybrid working is available
Salary:
£90-110K + excellent company benefits
