Candidate Registration Terms & Conditions

  1. This service is a confidential transaction between a candidate who has requested a profile and Excelerate Resources Limited.
  2. Excelerate Resources will publish the profile supplied by the candidate in full, subject only to proof reading and length restrictions.
  3. A candidate may have more than one profile running at any one time i.e. be drawing clients’ attention to different areas to which they could add value.
  4. A profile will have a six week expiry date and will require the candidate to re-submit if they wish to continue to appear on the web site.  It is recommended that the script is re-edited at this point. 
  5. There is currently no charge to the candidate for posting the profile on the web site.
  6. Excelerate Resources will make efforts to draw potential clients attention to this page of the web site in general and to the skill sets of individuals specifically.
  7. Once a client has indicated their interest in a particular profile and the candidate has given permission for their details to be shared Excelerate Resources will endeavour to develop the relationship to the next level.
  8. Should a commercial contract be agreed between the client and the candidate, Excelerate Resources will submit an invoice for 5% of the contract value to the client as a fee for this service.
  9. There can be no guarantees as to the length of any contract thus resulting nor to the performance of the candidate in that role.
  10. A candidate may have a profile on the ‘shop window’ without being in search of full time employment.  Though there should be no reason why both cannot be pursued simultaneously.
  11. Excelerate Resources will not divulge the candidate’s identity to any potential client without express permission of the candidate.
  12. Excelerate Resources can take no responsibility for a profile failing to attract client interest.

Candidate Criteria:

• 4 + years of proven success in sales roles with major brands in the food and beverage industry
• Have a strong understanding of health and wellness trends
• Be able to think creatively and strategically with a growth mindset
• Grow and support a multi channel sales team
• Be a strong negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of commercial and office software

The main office is in Essex but hybrid working is available
£90-110K + excellent company benefits
